Key updates to the program include additional casual dining benefits for Princess Plus passengers and increased shore excursion points for those choosing Princess Premier. Some content provided in both packages will also be removed.

What’s new with the new Premier and Plus plans?
To accommodate the new perks, Princess Cruises will eliminate some lesser-used features such as premium desserts, juice bar access, Ocean Medal shipping, free fitness classes and Princess prizes.

What if you’ve already booked a Princess Cruise for 2025 or 2026?
Cruises planning to sail on Princess in 2025 do not need to worry about price increases or changes in included benefits on Princess Plus or Superior. The new policy will not take effect for any cruise ships sailing before January 14, 2026.
But if you (like me!) have already booked a Princess cruise for 2026 and paid for a Plus or Premier package, you may be wondering how these new changes will affect you.
According to the princess“If you sail in 2026 and purchased a Princess Plus package before July 22, 2025, your current package offer will continue to be valid.”
If your cruise starts on January 14, 2026 or any date after, and If you purchase Plus or Premier on or after July 22, 2025, you will be charged the new price and enjoy new benefits.
