Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ popular indoor roller coaster has been redesigned with a playlist of covers electric chaos–PhD. Teeth, Animal, Floyd, Janice, Zoot, and Lips—but first, the band needs to play their big show.

The iconic Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster guitar tent also gets the electric mayhem treatment, featuring a new psychedelic design inspired by the classic Muppets’ car paint job. The piano graphic on the bottom will also feature a gold key as a tribute to the band leader.
New rock poster-style photos in the queue outside the ride showcase the band’s career.
Guests will also want to keep an eye out for celebrity cameos throughout the experience, from the line all the way to the merchandise store, including:

Welcome (back) to G-Force Records
G-Force Records is open again, but fans of the attraction will notice that the place looks a little different, as the label recently came under new management: Scooter’s uncle, real estate mogul and Muppet Theater owner JP Grosse.
VIP passes give guests access to the recording studio where The Electric Mayhem are rehearsing for their big concert. The studio also features Scooter, the first-ever audio animatronic doll, and is joined by a team of penguin audio engineers.
But the band was so busy rehearsing that they almost forgot they had to go to the show…which, of course, was across town. Thankfully, Muppets Labs’ latest technological advancement—a super-powered vehicle called a Long Instantaneous Object in Motion (LIMO)—is parked in the alley behind Studio C.

As music takes center stage in the roller coaster of Rock ‘n’ Roll starring the Muppets, The Electric Mayhem has teamed up with some of rock’s biggest names to create a new set list:
We also hear the band is working on some additional tracks, so stay tuned.
We’re still waiting for details on the preview for Disney Vacation Club members and Walt Disney World Annual Pass holders.
The Muppets at Hollywood Studios
The e-ticket attraction is not the first time the Muppets have appeared at Hollywood Studios. Until June 8, 2025, they hung out in the Muppets Courtyard, the home of their beloved, across from the park. Muppets·Vision 3D attraction.
That area of the park has been closed to make way for Monstropolis, the new Monsters, Inc.-themed land featuring Disney’s first suspended roller coaster.
