How much does a wellness retreat cost?
There are many different factors that affect the cost of a health retreat. Will you take classes? What additional amenities are you interested in? Do you want to cover all meals?
For a budget vacation, a week-long getaway will cost around $1,000 to $2,000. If you’re looking for a mid-range resort, expect to pay upwards of $3,000 to $6,000, while for a more luxurious experience it could be over $7,000. For the purposes of this article, “affordable” will include budget to mid-range experiences under $700 per night.

At The Lodge, you can take part in plenty of activities year-round, so it doesn’t matter what time of year you choose to go. They also offer a range of different packages and prices depending on the facilities you are interested in. 3. Refresh your mind in Santa Fe, New Mexico
The physical symbol of reawakening and reimagining is Big City Spa Resort. In 2020, they had to close after surviving the pandemic and fires. Soon after, they reopened and still retain their historic image.
Focusing on spa treatments, you can relax in the bathrooms, mineral pools, and cliffside hammocks. Hydrotherapy is very effective in relieving body pain and relaxing muscles. If you are an active person or suffer from chronic pain, you will feel rejuvenated after a period of hydrotherapy.

4. The Transformation of a Colorado Mountain Village

5. New Jersey Urban Health Center
Perched atop a reflective multi-story facility with rooftop views of the city skyline, SoJo is a popular destination for urban wellness. Take a day trip to this popular spa club near New York City and enjoy a full-day experience with your friends or significant other – it’s just a 25-minute drive or New York Port Authority bus ride away. You have access to hot spring pools, Korean baths, volcanic sand baths, saunas, fitness centers and more.


If you want a true wellness retreat, stay an extra night and stay at the on-site boutique hotel SoJo, and you’ll get access to the all-day spa club included in your nightly rate. You can stay here for less than $300/night.
6. Pamper yourself in Austin, Texas
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive experience, what you should check out Miraval Required. In addition to the regular activities offered by the wellness retreat, you can join their beekeepers or farm workers, create art, and take Pilates classes.
The cost of this retreat depends on when you go, but on average, a more luxurious experience can be had for around $900 per night. While the price is higher, if you visit on a Monday or Wednesday, smart planning can get you there for $650 a night.
Located just a stone’s throw from beautiful Lake Travis, this resort provides a natural sanctuary for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
7. Connect with nature Arcadia Yurt
Are you a nature lover looking for a unique way to spend your wellness journey? Connect with the outdoors in a self-contained yurt or cabin Arcadia Luxury Campground In Maine.
The Acadia Yurts & Wellness Center is located on Mount Desert Island. Its yurts are open April through October and its wellness center is open year-round.

8. Restoration in Calistoga, California
