I’m so excited to share Madison Mountaineering Everest The scientific expedition team successfully reached the summit and returned Camp No. 4! All climbers leaving the summit south col Reached the highest point in the world. Once at the top, the team celebrated briefly, hugging, high-fiving and taking a few photos before heading back down the route. Well done, team! We are proud of you.
But we’re not done yet! Some climbers and guides staged Camp No. 4. They plan to take a day off tomorrow and set off to reach the summit on May 27! More from Everest…expedition leader, Garrett Madison Check with this schedule south col:
Hello! This is Garrett examine Madison Mountaineering Everest (8848m/29,032ft) Team.
we are all here south col Camp No. 4 (7900m/25,919ft) Everest. Today we are proud of our main team reaching the summit, led by cachojustice of the peace, Ampurba Sherpaand eight climbers. They are Rich, Brandon, Andy, Ashley, Pratyay, Frank, Francisco and Tom. All climbers who have been here south col Rush to the top with a team of guides and 16 Nepalese Sherpas (our 16 outstanding Sherpas) and successfully reach the summit. We are proud of them! So, I think 24 members are from Madison Mountaineering Teams, Sherpas and climbers, maybe 26 people made it to the summit.
Myself and Jeff Arnold, Trey Sylvesterhere with reed tilston south col Now, there is also Siddhi, Ardi and Hada Sherpa. We were getting ready for a summit attempt. Our target is probably the morning of the 27th.
So everyone is doing well, everyone is safe, everyone is happy. We are so excited that our main team made it to the top and everyone who competed was 100% successful south col Then left to attempt the summit. Well done, team!
