The area will showcase a “carefully curated portfolio of premium experiences” including beachfront dining at Elevare, local crafts at On the Mark Fine Foods & Provisions and wellness classes at Khaga Yoga. Additionally, coffee lovers can look forward to the first U.S. location of acclaimed Canadian specialty roaster Artigiano. Although situated within a residential community, the public has separate paid access to the stunning Cotino Bay.
