Typically when you make a dining reservation you enter Dietary and Accessibility Requirements. The restaurant will let them know in advance if you have any allergies, and the accessibility section allows the host to reserve a table for you that can accommodate your needs. While accessibility requests are still present on the app, you can no longer select dietary requests before booking and instead will see the following message:

“Guests must inform their attendants of any allergen-free requirements. While we take steps to help reduce cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Our allergy-friendly recipes may use refined oils, such as soybean oil, and/or ingredients processed in facilities that also handle allergens. Ultimately, our guests have the right to make informed choices based on their personal dietary needs. For more information about allergy-friendly requirements at Disney-owned and operated locations, please inquire upon arrival at the location and will be addressed immediately by our special diet-trained staff.”
