Fred Olson Cruise Lines to launch Mediterranean-style alfresco dining aboard Borealis
Later this year, Fred Olson Cruise Lines will launch Fresco, a new alfresco dining venue onboard the ship Borealisas well as exciting cooking improvements from 2026 onwards.
Fresco will open on Deck 8 aft in November and will bring a relaxed atmosphere and light meals inspired by the sun-soaked flavors of the Mediterranean, offering an engaging new way to experience fine dining at sea Borealis‘October Dry Dock.
Meanwhile, from 2026, specialty restaurants Colors and Tastes across the fleet will continue to evolve, offering an expanded menu including gourmet grills and traditional Italian fare, as well as much-loved Asian fusion cuisine.
Additionally, the new Chef’s Table experience, starting from £100 per person, gives culinary enthusiasts the opportunity to sample a unique multi-course menu crafted by our expert chefs, paired with premium wines selected by our sommelier.
