Why ‘Brick-orTreat’ Still Has Huge Value
Unlike many Halloween events in Central Florida that require additional admission, the Brick-or-Treat event is included with a regular day or annual pass. No late at night is required; all the fun takes place during the day, so little ghouls don’t have to disrupt their normal bedtime routine to participate in the spooky fun.
Visitors can enjoy the park’s rides, attractions and shows throughout the day, then jump into Halloween fun as the event begins (usually around noon).

This combination has helped “Brick-or-Treat” become one of the region’s strongest seasonal events for families looking for a fun Halloween celebration without the higher costs and late-night activities of a separate ticketed event.
When my son was little, being able to have tons of Halloween fun during the day meant a lot to our family. Legoland offers a lot of treats throughout the day, and I’m not just talking about candy. LEGO character greetings are Halloween-themed and the entertainment is upbeat and feels like the best spooky party ever!
Character experience and entertainment are the highlights
One of Brick-or-Treat’s biggest strengths is its entertainment lineup. LEGO Monster characters are some of the season’s most memorable meet-and-greets, while live performances and seasonal decorations help transform the park into a festive Halloween destination for young visitors. Even some of the rides at Legoland are decorated according to the seasons.

The nightly Monster Skytaulous drone show has also become a signature part of the event, giving families a reason to stay throughout the evening to enjoy the colorful finale. If a late arrival doesn’t work out in your plans, you’ll still leave Legoland with a bag full of snacks and lots of scary memories.
I have visited Brick-or-Treat every year for the past four years, but what stands out the most is the quality of the experience. As my son has grown, different parts of the event have become my favorites—from meeting the LEGO monster characters to stopping in for seasonal LEGO building. I look forward to this event every year because I know we will have a great time and be enveloped in the Halloween spirit without any scares or scares.
