Red, White & BBQ will celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a weekend of events from July 4 to August 23, featuring local barbecue favorites from across the country, more than 150 beers on tap, live music, festive entertainment and patriotic summer fun for the whole family.

• Memphis BBQ features smoked turkey sandwiches with white barbecue sauce and smoked crispy chicken wings.
• Louisiana BBQ features loaded rattlesnakes, Cajun flavors and fresh beignets.
• North Carolina BBQ offers pulled chicken nuggets, pulled pork nuggets and grilled jalapeño white macaroni and cheese.
Throughout the event, guests will encounter dynamic performers, pop-up entertainment, photo-worthy moments and festive interactions that bring celebrations to life throughout the park.
Refreshing drinks and desserts
Guests can sample more than 150 beers on tap, showcasing Florida’s craft breweries as well as classic American fare. New this year, the Refresh Reef Café will offer refreshing mocktails and cocktails made with Sprite®, while specialty beverage outlets throughout the park offer more ways to sip and savor the festivities.
Dessert lovers can indulge in cinnamon croissant monkey bread, blueberry cobbler, key lime tart and a variety of classic summer desserts.
