1) Max – property feedback function
what’s new?
The visitor feedback experience in Max has been enhanced to provide a more structured and consistent way to capture user feedback.
The feedback survey is automatically triggered 30 days after the listing is created and appears shortly after logging into the Max interface. Users can submit ratings as well as optional comments and can update responses before submitting.
If a survey is dismissed, it will reappear after a period of time to ensure feedback is still captured.
where to access
Once logged in, the survey will appear directly in the Max platform. No setup required.

3) Max – Booking Module – Check-in Date Filter

New search filters allow customers to refine bookings based on Check-in date.
This will be added to the existing date range filter. System returns All reservations for guests staying on the selected datesregardless of arrival or departure.

what’s new?
Occupancy formula configuration in batch updates has been enhanced to allow Day of the week customization.
In addition to applying formulas across date ranges, revenue managers can now define Different initial surcharge and multiplier values for specific days of the week (e.g. weekdays vs. weekends).
This enhancement is also available in most Update dateWise configurationallowing finer control directly within the same workflow.

6) Max – Channel: Vrbo – Payment Terms Update

This enhancement provides greater flexibility in configuring payment structures, allowing hotels to defer initial payments while still maintaining a structured installment plan.

7) Max – Promotional Code: Bulk Delete
what’s new?
Hotels can now delete multiple promotional codes in one action, replacing the previous process of deleting them one by one.
After selecting a promotional code, delete A button will appear. If any selected promotional code is linked to a package, a confirmation alert will be displayed before proceeding to prevent accidental deletion.

1) SwiftBook – Manage Booking Function – UI Refresh
what’s new?
Design updates bring consistency look and feel The entire SwiftBook, from logging in to managing bookings.
- Bookers can still cancel bookings made through SwiftBook (no changes)
- Visible for CRS and OTA bookings when linked to the same booker email (view only)
- Reservations with add-ons must be canceled directly with the hotel
- Cancellation policy is for reference only
Confirmation email reflects Updated SwiftBook email design.

2) SwiftBook – Fixed Night Package

The setup process for fixed night packages has been enhanced.
Fixed night packages are available Predefined dwell time (e.g. 3-night weekend getaway, 7-night all-inclusive). Settings include:
- Enter the number of nights
- optional reach limit
- MLOS/maximum LOS limits for automatic system control
- Optional add-ons
Packages are displayed in the booking engine widget (Wairua Tile View) and optionally using the Design with Rates II date picker.

4) SwiftBook – room level check-in/check-out and estimated arrival time
what’s new?
VR customers who subscribe to the SwiftBook booking engine can now Set check-in and check-out times for each room and allow guests to choose their ETA During the booking period.
- By default, check-in/check-out times apply to property class Suitable for all rooms
- New features increase property management flexibility for apartments or houses different schedules

Setting options (Room Type Module → Edit Room → Room Address):
- Introduction address – Use hotel-level check-in/check-out times
- Existing room address – Apply check-in/check-out information for other room types
- new address – Set a unique address and optional check-in/check-out times for the room
Display mode:
- Booking Engine: Guests can view room-level check-in/check-out and select an estimated time of arrival

- Confirmation emails and pages: Display estimated arrival time next to check-in time for each room


- Max Extranet → Booking Module: Room level check-in/check-out and ETA visible in booking details

Additional details:
- Support multiple rooms with different CI/CO/ETA One booking
- If the guest does not select an estimated arrival time, the hotel-level default time applies
