One of the best parts of going to Disney World is making memories, especially those captured on camera, or even better, candidly!
One of the best ways to get candid photos is actually riding the rides. These photos always capture those raw reactions, whether it’s a thrilling fall Tower of Terror Or your focused face Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger spin. However, sometimes photos don’t always load to your My Disney Experience App. But don’t worry! your lightning lane Come and save the world!
Even in this day and age, technology can be tricky! In order for your attraction photos to appear in the My Disney Experience app, you need to activate Bluetooth even if you are not using the app. This way, your phone knows where you are and what attractions you just experienced.
But what happens when you’ve done everything you’re supposed to do and your photos still aren’t showing up? Well, you can recover these photos by visiting one of photo pass Sales and Service Center or call the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at (407) 560-4300. They will be able to find those lost photos Experience based on your riding time!

Since the app won’t tell you what time it is to scan into the attraction using Lightning Pass, they decided to call customer service and ask if they would be able to see what time it is to scan into the attraction. Guess what? Success! They were able to tell the exact time they scanned into the queue and the exact time they scanned the second touchpoint before the ride. This means they can find their lost photos very easily and have them loaded into their account instantly!
